Neil
Brick is the founder of S.M.A.R.T. (Stop Mind Control
and Ritual Abuse Today) at http://ritualabuse.us. He is a survivor of ritual abuse and a survivor advocate. He works on
developing supports for survivors and getting information out to the general
public about ritual abuse. He runs yearly ritual abuse conferences on the east
coast of the United States every year at http://ritualabuse.us/smart-conference. Links to

Neil will talk about
how ritual abuse survivors can deal with the stress of the holidays and how they
can deal with difficult dates. The discussion will include ways to build support
systems, ways to decrease stress, ways to set emotional boundaries with others
and using meditation and relaxation techniques to help deal with
stress.

“Energy Psychology and Muscle Testing, Ensuring You Are in Balance to Do the Work.”
A survivor of satanic worship and ritual abuse in the Catholic Church, Chris has spent so much time in therapy that 5 years ago she decided to launch a late life career as a therapist with the intention of finding methods that work for extreme abuse. She spent 30 years as part of a Buddhist community and has a love of meditation that has been helpful in her counseling practice. In her search for a method that works for extreme abuse she has turned to Energy Psychology which recognizes that all trauma has an energetic piece that is held in the body and which needs to be released in order to be free of the traumatic patterns. After dabbling in different methods she found Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) which works through the chakras. The technique has a calming almost meditative effect which allows difficult material to surface and be let go with relative ease.
Chris will be teaching Kinesiology, Muscle Testing, which is used in AIT to determine if the client is in balance, what issues need to be worked on and in what order. It is based on the idea that the body has an intelligence that can accurately give yes/no answers. She will also demonstrate how to determine if you are neurologically organized or disorganized and give some simple exercise to correct disorganization. The various energy psychology techniques work best if you are neurologically organized.
Everyone gets disorganized at times but Survivors are particularly prone to this and it can lead to frustration if you don’t know about balancing.
Chris will explain more about AIT which really needs to be done with a therapist and demonstrate EFT, the Tapping Solution, which has lots of freely available material on the Internet. Also, if you can, work with a partner. If you can’t find a partner Chris will demonstrate ways to muscle test yourself.
Chris lives in Covington, Louisiana and works in Mandeville and New Orleans at Northshore and Southshore Counseling and Wellness. She is a graduate of the University of New Orleans in Counselor Education and is presently working on licensure.

Survivorship Webinar - Going From Being Split to Having Achieved Full Integration

"What it has been/is like for me to go from being split to having achieved full integration."
What it has been/is like for me to go from being split into over 30 parts for the past 30 plus years to having achieved full integration, with a few surprises along the way as of April 15 of this year, and what it's like living as a whole person, after being dissociated and living life as a multiple for the past 38 years. As well as what lies ahead for me now that I am integrated and facing the world from a whole new perspective.
A life long advocate for justice in every facet of society, Alison has consistently refused to take "no" for an answer when the moral imperative shouts "yes," regardless of inconvenience to the status quo. Alison a survivor of inter-generational cult abuse from Canada., diagnosed with MPD/DID at the age of 18, has been determined to live a life free from the fear of being abused in the future, achieved her dream and in 2010, and no longer lives in constant fear for her life. Over the past 3 1/2 years of intensive psycho-therapy, Alison has achieved integration and on April 15th of this year went from being split into multiple different parts to one whole person, and is now in the process of learning to live her life coping with this new reality.
When not working publicly as an activist, she creates and shares music with others, reminding us all that justice and art can hold hands. Alison currently works part-time as a Piano teacher and is a member of her local paper's Community Editorial Board, responsible for writing a bimonthly op-ed column on a topic of her choosing.

Fifth Maine West Student Claims Sex Assault In Soccer Hazing Ritual

(STMW) - A fifth Maine West High School athlete has stepped forward to claim in a new lawsuit that he was sexually assaulted in a hazing ritual at the school in the northwest suburbs.
Chicago lawyer Tony Romanucci filed the complaint Monday on behalf of the 16-year-old boy and his parents, none of whom are identified by name. (STMW) - A fifth Maine West High School athlete has stepped forward to claim in a new lawsuit that he was sexually assaulted in a hazing ritual at the school in the northwest suburbs.
Chicago lawyer Tony Romanucci filed the complaint Monday on behalf of the 16-year-old boy and his parents, none of whom are identified by name. Taoism, paganism, and later the Native American good red road gathered her Chinese, European, and North American spiritual roots. She was excited to discover that Nonviolent Communication offered clear steps for practicing the compassion, self love, and love for others which these (and other spiritual traditions) invite us to live. She is a collaborative trainer with Bay Area Nonviolent Communication (BayNVC) and heads BayNVC's Safer Communities Project.

Melisa Noel has nineteen years in the trauma recovery field in a variety of roles. As a professional therapeutic foster parent, she specialized in severely traumatized children with dissociative “disorders,” autistic spectrum, borderline family systems, and much more. In addition to her Bachelors in Sociology, she has extensive training in attachment work, sexually and physically aggressive youth, sexual abuse and domestic violence, cult/mind control/torture/programming patterns, working with cultural and sexual minorities, mediation and conflict resolution. Melisa wrote and presented multiple research papers in Social Psychology at academic symposiums around the U.S., and was awarded Excellence in Undergraduate Research by the National Science Foundation in 2002. She also received two years of intensive training on EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) specifically for trauma recovery. In addition to her professional experiences, Melisa is an adult survivor of a pedophile porn ring. She began her personal recovery journey in 1993, at age nineteen, before organized commercialized crime against children was a recognized form of abuse. Melisa has used EFT as a primary tool in her own recovery process, and is now an EFT practitioner, as well as a consultant, presenter and workshop facilitator on the latest research and applications for trauma recovery.
What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)? How and why does it work for trauma? And why are practitioners falling in love with it? In this webinar, EFT Practitioner, Melisa Noel, will introduce current research showing EFT to be as effective as EMDR, with some of the latest science supporting these findings. Participants will receive a brief introduction to a few of the EFT techniques designed for working with trauma. Additionally, we’ll talk about how EFT is particularly helpful when working gently and lovingly with protector parts that can often create flooding, overwhelm, self-harm and destructive relationship patterns. Janet Thomas will discuss her book, "Day Breaks Over Dharamsala — A Memoir of Life Lost and Found," a journey through spiritual healing from mind control/ritual/sexual abuse. The deep dilemma for survivors of extreme abuse is the fundamental estrangement from the sacred self. How do we reclaim it? Integrate it? Restore the sense of a spirited and nurturing self? How do we connect to the place inside us — beyond and beneath our brilliant minds — that that nurtures and sustains us in our daily lives and in our relationships? These questions, and their answers, will be shared and explored.
Janet Thomas has been in active and conscious healing from ritual abuse/mind control experimentation for 25 years. Her parallel lives include many years as a poet, playwright, activist, magazine editor and author of non-fiction books, including "The Battle in Seattle — The Story Behind and Beyond the WTO Demonstrations." She lives and teaches in India and on an island in the Pacific Northwest.

Sandusky inquiry remains 'very active'

Pennsylvania prosecutors are developing "new information" in their continuing investigation into former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky and how the university handled the initial allegations against the now-convicted pedophile, a spokesman for the state attorney general said Friday.
Nils Frederiksen, a spokesman for Attorney General Linda Kelly, described the inquiry as "very active" after Thursday's release of a scathing internal investigation of the university headed by Louis Freeh. The former FBI director found that top Penn State officials concealed information related to Sandusky's abuse of children dating back to 1998.
Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts of child sexual abuse last month and is in a central Pennsylvania jail awaiting formal sentencing.
Some of the information being reviewed by prosecutors, according to court documents filed in a Harrisburg court last month, are e-mails and other correspondence that reference an incident in 1998 in which Sandusky was accused of sexually abusing a boy in a university shower-room. The correspondence, which references communication involving university President Graham Spanier, Athletic Director Tim Curley, now on leave, retired university vice president Gary Schultz and head football coach Joe Paterno, was only recently turned over to prosecutors, according to court papers.
Some of the information was turned over to prosecutors by investigators working for Freeh. The cache includes e-mail references to Paterno's apparent knowledge of the incident in 1998. That information was not available to prosecutors when Paterno told a grand jury he was not aware of any allegations of misconduct involving Sandusky apart from an incident in 2001, when Paterno was told by football assistant Michael McQueary that Sandusky was involved in sexual activity with a young boy in a university shower-room....

Pennsylvania prosecutors are developing "new information" in their continuing investigation into former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky and how the university handled the initial allegations against the now-convicted pedophile, a spokesman for the state attorney general said Friday.
Nils Frederiksen, a spokesman for Attorney General Linda Kelly, described the inquiry as "very active" after Thursday's release of a scathing internal investigation of the university headed by Louis Freeh. The former FBI director found that top Penn State officials concealed information related to Sandusky's abuse of children dating back to 1998.
Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts of child sexual abuse last month and is in a central Pennsylvania jail awaiting formal sentencing.
Some of the information being reviewed by prosecutors, according to court documents filed in a Harrisburg court last month, are e-mails and other correspondence that reference an incident in 1998 in which Sandusky was accused of sexually abusing a boy in a university shower-room. The correspondence, which references communication involving university President Graham Spanier, Athletic Director Tim Curley, now on leave, retired university vice president Gary Schultz and head football coach Joe Paterno, was only recently turned over to prosecutors, according to court papers.
Some of the information was turned over to prosecutors by investigators working for Freeh. The cache includes e-mail references to Paterno's apparent knowledge of the incident in 1998. That information was not available to prosecutors when Paterno told a grand jury he was not aware of any allegations of misconduct involving Sandusky apart from an incident in 2001, when Paterno was told by football assistant Michael McQueary that Sandusky was involved in sexual activity with a young boy in a university shower-room....

Early in 2010 she published her memoir, 'Innocence Revisited' - a tale in parts, her story of recovery from childhood trauma. Cathy is also a mother of four adult children and a foster child.

Dr. Karriker believes that to deny the existence of ritual abuse and/or mind control is to desecrate the memory of victims who died at the hands of evil and to discredit the work of all people who have striven to expose crimes in which abusive rituals, mind control techniques, and similar forms of extreme abuse have been used to sexually exploit, physically harm, emotionally torment, and spiritually damage its victims. In this webinar, she will (1) discuss the rationale for and the development of the Extreme Abuse Survey Series conducted online in English and German in 2007; (2) share responses from more than 2,000 survivors, professional helpers, and child caregivers from six continents which validate that individual survivors are not alone in their struggles with the aftereffects of these unspeakable crimes; and (3) tell webinar participants about the efforts that the EAS researchers have made and will continue to make (via a book to be published later this year in English and German) to honor their commitment to provide opportunities for the voices of extreme abuse survivors to be heard around the world.

Many survivors of extreme trauma have sexual difficulties as a result. Sexual abuse and "sex kitten" or other forms of sexual enslavement/programming cause deep damage to authentic sexual development. This Webinar will explore the concept of sexual addiction and sexual avoidance in the context of survival of extreme trauma. The focus will be on tools to differentiate "sexual sobriety," addiction, and avoidance and on the powerful impact such boundaries can have on therapy and health.
Staci Sprout, LICSW, CSAT works as an individual and group psychotherapist in Washington State, at Sexual Recovery Services (see www.sexualrecoveryservices.com for more info). She is a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT). She is also a survivor of extreme trauma and will share "what's worked" along her personal journey of recovery as part of the presentation. Caution will be taken to promote safety by not using explicit language or stories, though the content at times may be triggering for survivors.

Last year, Webinars cost $20.00. Now we have changed to a sliding scale, so that each person can pay what they are able to. Many survivors of extreme trauma have sexual difficulties as a result. Sexual abuse and "sex kitten" or other forms of sexual enslavement/programming cause deep damage to authentic sexual development. This Webinar will explore the concept of sexual addiction and sexual avoidance in the context of survival of extreme trauma. The focus will be on tools to differentiate "sexual sobriety," addiction, and avoidance and on the powerful impact such boundaries can have on therapy and health.
Staci Sprout, LICSW, CSAT works as an individual and group psychotherapist in Washington State, at Sexual Recovery Services (see www.sexualrecoveryservices.com for more info). She is a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT). She is also a survivor of extreme trauma and will share "what's worked" along her personal journey of recovery as part of the presentation. Caution will be taken to promote safety by not using explicit language or stories, though the content at times may be triggering for survivors.
COST
Last year, Webinars cost $20.00. Now we have changed to a sliding scale, so that each person can pay what they are able to. The scale is in $5.00 increments, starts at $50.00, and goes down to $0.00 (full scholarship). There is no longer any need to request a full or partial scholarship -- you make the decision yourself. "Healing Trauma with Energy Psychology."
Energy Psychology is a broad range of techniques that combine Eastern approaches to the mind and body with Western psychology and psychotherapy ideas. Each technique intentionally utilizes one of the human energy systems - such as the meridian system, the chakra system, or the aura system – during psychological treatment. Techniques, such as EMDR, which do not use energy system intentionally, and techniques, such as acupuncture, that don't use psychological processes, aren't called Energy Psychology.
From the point of view of Energy Psychology, painful physical, emotional and spiritual symptoms are the result of a disruption in the energy system. When the disruption is corrected, symptoms are replaced by healthy functioning.
This Webinar will start with an overview of the various types of Energy Psychology and then focus on Zensight, which combines several different approaches in a coordinated whole.
Carol Ann Rowland, MSW is a private therapist from Milton, Ontario, Canada who specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and dissociation. Herself a survivor of severe childhood trauma, Carol Ann is the creator of Zensight Energy Healing, an energy psychology modality that focuses on enabling healing to occur gently and easily. She speaks internationally about her work and is known for her use of humor and her compassionate approach.

Lynn Schirmer
As children, we were silenced, robbed of our emotions, opinions, our very words. As survivors, we defiantly develop and claim our own voices. Some people express themselves best in writing, others through music, art, or dance. Lynn Schirmer's voice sounds powerfully in her paintings and sculpture. She pours her truth into each piece and you cannot miss what she has to say. It is about being tortured as a child growing up in a pedophilic cult and being experimented on in a research facility.
Lynn will show slides of new sculpture from her latest solo show entitled: "DIDiva and The Mad Machines" and share anecdotes of audience responses. "The Mad Machines" refers to medical devices or procedures co-opted for torture within mind control programs.
She will also discuss her latest web project DIDiva.com. (As in DID diva.) The site is intended to integrate information about ra/mc into activism on Dissociative Identity Disorder, as well as to help combat stigma around the disorder.
Come join us and meet a courageous and eloquent artist.

“My system began to be aware that we were multiple and had been through some sort of abuse when we were in our late teens. We had several therapists who suspected ritual abuse, but triggers, dates, etc didn't match up for standard Satanic abuse, leaving us very frustrated until we realized how closely Nazi beliefs matched our memories. Since then we’ve researched Nazi beliefs and and Nazi practices quite a bit, and this talk comes out of what we’ve learned so far.”
