Why are Survivors of CIA Mind-control Claiming Children are Tortured Today?
Judy Byington Saratoga Springs Child Abuse Examiner September 6, 2013
Survivors of CIA mind-control are sending letters to Capitol Hill requesting a Congressional investigation of the CIA mind-control program that began in 1950 and supposedly shut down in 1964. Survivors hope to bring public awareness for children still subjected to this illegal human experimentation.
Survivors claim that beginning at age four or even in infancy and for the purpose of creating "CIA Super Spies," they were subjected to chemicals, radiation, drugs, hypnosis, electric shock, isolation, sleep, food and other deprivations, along with verbal, emotional and sexual abuse.
These survivors of child abuse so severe it created Dissociate Identity Disorder or multiple personalities, are brave to speak out. In the 2007 Extreme Abuse Surveys there were 147 survivors who answered "yes" when asked if they were currently being accessed or abused against their will by government mind-control perpetrators. http://extreme-abuse-survey.net/ ....
Survivors are banding together under the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS http://www.itccs.org ), Child Abuse Recovery (CAR http://www.ChildAbuseRecovery.com ) and Stop Mind Control and Ritual Abuse Today (SMART http://ritualabuse.us ) to ask members of Congress....

Bill expanding child abuse victims' rights to sue heads to governor By Patrick McGreevy September 6, 2013
SACRAMENTO -- The Senate approved a measure Friday that would make it easier for some child abuse victims to sue private or nonprofit employers for failing to protect them from molesters.
The bill, which is opposed by the Catholic Church, squeaked by on a 21-8 vote and now heads to the governor. The bill would allow some child abuse victims more time to file lawsuits against private institutions such as parochial schools, but would not apply to public schools. Some victims for whom the statute of limitations has expired would get a new one-year window during which they could bring a lawsuit.
Sen. Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens) disclosed during the floor debate that he was a victim of child abuse by a family member. He said the legislation is needed because it sometimes takes decades for people to admit they were molested.
“I was alone trying to understand what happened to me for many years,” Lara said. “I couldn’t go to anyone.”....http://www.latimes.com/local/political/la-me-pc-senate-supports-extending-statute-of-limitations-for-child-abuse-victims-20130906,0,4906855.story
