In 1977 and 1995 Congressional hearings survivors of CIA mind-control verified that children are being raped and tortured in mind-control experiments. Congress voted not to release results of their investigation and now appears to allow the program to continue. Help us save these abused children. Survivors of CIA mind-control are sending letters to Capitol Hill requesting a Congressional investigation of the CIA mind-control program that began in 1950 and supposedly shut down in 1964. Survivors hope to bring public awareness for children still subjected to this illegal human experimentation.
