Since the CIA claims their experiments on humans ended in 1964, why are there ritual abuse survivors born after 1964 who profess they were tortured throughout childhood in government mind-control programs?....

MKULTRA was officially shut down in 1964 after Congress decided to look into the matter. Yet, 317 ritual abuse survivors responding to the 2007 Extreme Abuse Surveys - an estimated at least half of them born after the mind-control program was said to no longer exist - claimed they were child victims of US and Canadian government mind-control experiments. http://extreme-abuse-survey.net/
