Ritual Abuse in the 21st Century at CPPA conference

April is Child Abuse Prevention month and Sexual Abuse Awareness month. In honor of all survivors of child abuse, sexual abuse, and ritual abuse, California Protective Parents Association and Incest Survivors Speakers' Bureau are pleased to present:

The Fifteenth Annual Northern California Child Sexual Abuse Awareness Conference.
The conference will be 4/24 - 4/25/09

4/25 - RITUAL ABUSE IN THE 21st CENTURY at the Veterans’ Memorial Center, 203 East 14th Street, Davis, CA, 9:30 - 5:00 pm. No cost, no registration - Speakers include Randy Noblitt, Ph.D., Pamela Perskin Noblitt, who co-edited Ritual Abuse in the 21st Century and co-authored Cult and Ritual Abuse, Jeanne Adams, author of Drawn Swords, Anne A. Johnson Davis, author of Hell Minus One (who has signed confessions from her perpetrators), and survivors of ritual abuse.

Speakers will discuss the evidence of ritual abuse; international research data from over 1,500 survivors; efforts to discredit allegations made by survivors; the psychological, behavioral and physical devastation left by such abuse; and pathways to wellness and recovery.

This conference is co-sponsored by The Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma (IVAT) at Alliant International University. IVAT is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.
