Another trial date has been set for one of six family members accused of molesting young relatives about 20 years ago in western Missouri. Jared Mohler was scheduled to stand trial Monday in Lafayette County. He has pleaded not guilty to several felony counts of abuse, including rape, sodomy and use of a child in a sexual performance.
The judge set a new trial date of Feb. 25. 2012.
Mohler's father, uncle and three brothers also face various felonies stemming from claims they abused young relatives in the mid-1980s at a farm in Lafayette County. Court dates for other members of the family have also been changed. http://www.kmbc.com/news/27587051/detail.html
