Artificially Rooted in the Natural - Wendy Hoffman
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sHwkWt2qpFg

Many of us wonder why recovery from criminal mind control takes so long and is so painful and consuming. This workshop explores one aspect of the difficulties we experience. Perpetrators don’t pull mind control programs out of the blue. They have studied and continue to study what is natural to human emotions, behaviors and motivations. Their mind control tactics stem from those observations. Perpetrators artificially root their commands in the natural tendencies of the human brain, personality and soul, such as dissociation, the need for love and many others. The purpose of this workshop is to help survivors understand some of the unwanted potency of programming and relieve some of the shame and suffering they may feel as they go through their recovery, or even decide whether to start their investigation of themselves, their brains and hearts.

Wendy Hoffman has published three memoirs, The Enslaved Queen (Karnac Books, 2014, new edition by Aeon Books, 2019), White Witch in a Black Robe (Karnac Books, 2016, new edition by Aeon Books, 2019) and A Brain of My Own (Aeon Books, 2020). The Enslaved Queen has been translated and published in Germany (Asanger-Verlag, 2021). Her book of poetry, Forceps, was also published (Karnac books, 2016) along with a book of essays, From the Trenches, written with Dr. Alison Miller (Karnac Books, 2018, re-issued Routledge Books, 2019). Her fourth memoir, After Amnesia, is published on the SmartNews and Survivorship websites (2022). It also has been translated into German. https://ritualabuse.us/smart/wendy-hoffman/

False Memories – The Deception That Silenced Millions – Lynn Crook https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z35sA9kixb4

Lynn Crook explains why accused child molesters needed a defense, why they selected false memories and how they sold it to the media. She’ll explain how the media then sold false memories to the public with rhetoric and false, false memory research results. Prevalence rates were forgotten. As the media coverage slowed, FMSF recruited therapy patients for lawsuits against therapists. Today, psychology students learn about false memories in their textbooks. Although false memory claims are no longer making headlines except when celebrities are on trial, they have become a “given” as reporters paraphrase memory researcher Elizabeth Loftus.

Lynn Crook received an M. Ed. from the University of Washington. She worked at a sexual assault agency in eastern Washington as a community educator and treated clients in crisis. She admired the courage of her clients and soon discovered that she, too, was molested as a child. She sued her parents for damages in 1991. The judge declared in her favor in 1994, as false memories were making headlines. She discovered an oddity in the deposition of her parents’ expert, Elizabeth Loftus. That investigation led to her recent book, “FALSE MEMORIES – The Deception That Silenced Millions LLC.”  http://www.lynncrook.com

The Identification and Use of Trauma Triggers in the Treatment of Extreme Abuse Survivors – Dr. Randall Noblitt   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrVB9a8GWrg

The Identification and Use of Trauma Triggers in the Treatment of Extreme Abuse Survivors – Dr. Randall Noblitt – PowerPoint

Extreme abuse survivors sometimes seek psychotherapy services because of the overwhelming consequences of previous or ongoing incidents of abuse. Repeated severe circumscribed abuse often leaves survivors with trigger-responsive dissociation of identity and traumagenic amnesia, including initially impaired awareness of the abuse and its effects. This workshop will discuss methods for safely exploring, identifying, and desensitizing triggers where the goal is to assist clients in reclaiming effective self-regulation, autonomy, and quality of life.

Randy Noblitt is a professor of Clinical Psychology at Alliant International University, Los Angeles and a licensed psychologist in Texas. He has evaluated and treated extreme abuse survivors clinically since 1979. He has authored three editions of the book Cult and Ritual Abuse with Pam Noblitt (1995, 2000, 2014). Together they also edited Ritual Abuse in the 21st Century (2008) and they have authored a recent book, Navigating Social Security Disability Programs: A Handbook for Clinicians and Advocates (2020).  https://ritualabuse.us/smart/randy-noblitt/

Child Trafficking through Family Court Proceedings: A UK Case Study – Dr. Rainer Hermann Kurz  https://youtu.be/JYF1hUQFcsQ

Child Trafficking through Family Court Proceedings: A UK Case Study – Dr. Rainer Hermann Kurz PowerPoint

This presentation builds on a decade-long investigation into two index incidents that led to the transfer of parental responsibility for a toddler from a mother to a Local Authority, and eventually adoption by the foster carer in suspicious circumstances marred by procedural irregularities. Index Incident 1, dismissed as untrue by a Family Court Judge, concerned the mother’s claim that she gave birth to a baby as a young teenager that succeeded from incestuous rape by her father and ‘disappeared’. Index Incident 2, that was also dismissed in the same judicial process, concerned a daytime sexual assault on the toddler in broad daylight. The presentation draws on a 60-minute audio recording describing the two index incidents and information submitted to a document review by complex trauma specialists in the process of preparing an appeal application. The content of the presentation is potentially triggering but provides rare insights into the workings of an Organized Ritual Crime Abuse Network (ORCAN) in the midst of society.

Their mind control tactics stem from those observations. Perpetrators artificially root their commands in the natural tendencies of the human brain, personality and soul, such as dissociation among, the need for love and many others. The purpose of this workshop is to help survivors understand some of the unwanted potency of programming and relieve some of the shame and suffering they may feel as they go through their recovery, or even decide whether to start their investigation of themselves, their brains and hearts.

Child Trafficking through Family Court Proceedings: A UK Case Study – Dr. Rainer Hermann Kurz

The Identification and Use of Trauma Triggers in the Treatment of Extreme Abuse Survivors – Dr. Randall Noblitt

False Memories – The Deception That Silenced Millions – Lynn Crook

The conference is sponsored by S.M.A.R.T., a newsletter that examines the possible connections between ritual abuse and secretive organizations. SMARTNEWS@aol.com http://ritualabuse.us/

Accused Child Molesters Invest $7 Million in PR

Accused child molesters invested millions in their false memory PR campaign of the 1990s.  Statements such as “sex abuse hysteria,” “misguided therapists,” and “an epidemic of false accusations” appeared in three hundred articles by 1995.

Part 1 of  False Memories – The Deception explains how the author was taught to “forget it” as a child, what caused her to recall the abuse as an adult and how she successfully sued her parents for damages.  Following the lawsuit, Crook read the deposition of her parents’ false memory expert, Elizabeth Loftus, PhD.  She learned that the expert had dropped the first six subjects from her famous lost in a mall study supporting false memory claims.  The deposition led her along a path to other documents showing the expert had misrepresented, and then monetized her research.  The media neglected to report that the mall study did not represent what a therapist might tell a client.

As the PR campaign continued, adults molested as children were told by friends and family members, “I read about false memories like yours.”  Part 2 describes the organization of the parents’ remarkably successful PR campaign as they gaslighted, harassed and threatened anyone who challenged their claims.

Today, false memory claims are found in courtrooms, psychology textbooks and the popular press. Meanwhile, data show that over 40 million adults in the U.S. were molested as children.

False Memories - The Deception is recommended for survivors, therapists, attorneys and journalists.

Lynn Crook earned a BA in French, and an MEd in educational psychology at the University of Washington.  She served as community educator and director for a sexual assault agency in southeastern Washington. In 1991 she sued her parents for damages after recovering memories of childhood sexual abuse by her father.  Following a month-long trial in 1994, the judge ruled in her favor at a time when 85% of the popular press was telling us that adults’ accusations of childhood sexual abuse are false memories.   She hopes that her book will encourage the public to believe adults’ incest allegations.       http://lynncrook.com/about.html

Penn State Officials Face Trial In Abuse Case, radio interview on child molesters

Penn State Officials Face Trial In Sex Abuse Case
by Jeff Brady
December 17, 2011

Accused of trying to cover up Penn State's child sex abuse scandal, two former administrators will face a trial on perjury charges. A judge made that decision at a preliminary hearing on Friday, as NPR's Jeff Brady reports. Penn State officials to stand trial in abuse case
By Mark Shade HARRISBURG, Pa Fri Dec 16, 2011

(Reuters) - A judge ruled on Friday that two former senior Penn State officials must stand trial on charges of lying to a grand jury about what they knew of sexual abuse allegations against former coach Jerry Sandusky.

District Judge William Wenner decided there was enough evidence against former Penn State athletic director Tim Curley and finance official Gary Schultz that they should be brought to trial. The ruling capped a court hearing where a key witness, Mike McQueary, testified in public for the first time that he saw Sandusky in a sex act with a 10-year-old boy in 2002.

The explosive allegations against Sandusky have shocked the university and the college-sports world, and focused national attention on the serious problem of child sex abuse. The story told by McQueary, a graduate assistant in the university's football program at the time, is key to the case against the two Penn State officials and Sandusky.

This is because McQueary testified that he personally witnessed the abuse and then told his boss, former head coach Joe Paterno, who in turn told Curley. Even though McQueary's account was passed up the line of authority at Penn State, no one told police and Sandusky's alleged behavior continued for years.

Curley and Schultz deny that they lied to the grand jury and say that Paterno and McQueary only told them in general terms about the incident and not in graphic detail. Sandusky has been charged with 52 counts of child sexual abuse involving 10 victims over 15 years. The identity of two of the victims, including the boy in the shower, remains unknown, prosecutors said. Sandusky has said he is innocent....

"I believe he was sexually molesting the boy," McQueary testified at the hearing in the Dauphin County Courthouse on Friday. http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/12/17/us-crime-coach-pennstate-idUSTRE7BF01R20111217

Sybil Exposed: The Extraordinary Story Behind the Famous Multiple Personality Case

This book "reads like fiction" as the cover says.

But is it "fact" as the cover claims?

On page 222 of "Sybil Exposed," Nathan says, "Roseanne Barr . . . would later describe her twenty alter personalities. They included `Piggy,' `Bambi and `F . . . . . '" Nathan's cite for this statement is People Magazine, October 7, 1991.

However, there is no mention of any alter personalities in the 1991 article (pp. 84-88) by correspondent Vickie Bane. None of these names are mentioned in the article. Nathan also says that Barr "forgot about it until she entered therapy." But in the People Magazine article, Barr says she started to recover memories of abuse after her then-fiancé Tom's telephone call from rehab in 1989 telling her he was molested by a babysitter (p. 85). After she began to recall, then Barr saw a therapist.

On page 225 of her book Nathan says, "The state of Texas closed Peterson's dissociative disorders unit after determining it had overused physical restraints . . . " This claim may have originated with Frontline's 1995 documentary, "Divided Memories." In 1996, when I reviewed this Frontline documentary for a news journal, I contacted the Texas Department of Health. A spokesperson there denied any such closing of the unit. The review was published in 1996.

Nathan fails to mention that the trial of US v. Peterson et al. on mail and insurance fraud vindicated Peterson and the others of all charges. Here's what happened in this Houston trial. By February 1999, the federal government had been presenting its case for six months. The government's first expert, Dr. James Hudson, had just undergone a rigorous cross-examination by Peterson's attorney. The jury was down to 12 members and the defense was prepared to continue. The government dropped all the charges.
